If You Have Health Insurance

We make it easy for you to become a patient. Call Patient Services and have your insurance information available to make an appointment for the clinic of your choice. We accept private insurance plans, including Medi-Cal, Medicare, and Healthy Families.

If You Are Uninsured

We believe in health care for all. Call Patient Services to make a pre-registration appointment. We will determine your eligibility for our various programs.
