Breast Cancer Awareness Month

Donate today to help Breast cancer screening and prevention

Breast Cancer Awareness Month provides an opportunity for you to support the fight against Breast Cancer. Through advocacy, education, early detection, and funding for groundbreaking research, Breast Cancer Awareness month has led to incredible strides towards finding a cure against this deadly disease.

A study published earlier this month by the American Cancer Society found the breast cancer death rate in the United States has dropped 43% over the last 30 years, translating to 460,000 fewer deaths. However, Black women are 40% more likely to die from the disease despite having a lower incidence of it.

Access to screenings is critical for the early detection and diagnosis of Breast Cancer. Traditionally underserved communities are most vulnerable and at-risk, citing the need for increased access to these services regardless of income, housing, or immigration status. With a few simple clicks, you can help increase access for these life-saving services.

The cost of a mammogram* is 50 dollars, and the donation gift can truly save a life and can be a one-time gift, a monthly donation, or in honor of someone. Your gift will return in benefits to the individuals and communities we serve for years to come. Thank you in advance for your gift.
