Action Required: Complete Survey for New CEO

Dear LifeLong Staff,

The LifeLong Board of Directors has many responsibilities such as setting the strategic direction of the organization and overseeing the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).  Last November, David announced that he will be retiring later this year.  He isn’t going anywhere immediately, so we have a lot of time to continue our great work with him.  In December, in preparation for David’s retirement, the Board formed a Search Committee and began defining the CEO search process.  After a competitive process, the Board hired a locally based, national search firm, WittKieffer | Premier Executive Search & Advisory Solutions to help guide us down the path of identifying the right CEO for LifeLong.

It is important to have your input during the search process.  Recognizing that LifeLong’s staff are essential to the organization’s strong culture, we want to know what qualities you are looking for in the next CEO.  To gather your opinions, WittKieffer developed a survey using SurveyMonkey (a web-based survey tool) that will feed your anonymous responses directly back to them.  The survey results will be used inform their efforts to identify and recommend individuals for the Board to interview who possess the qualities and qualifications we are seeking in a new leader.

Please click the WittKieffer SurveyMonkey link below to prioritize the qualities and qualifications you want to see in next CEO.   At the end of the three-question survey is an opportunity to add any additional comments. The survey is anonymous, and the submitted responses will go directly to WittKieffer.

Please complete the LifeLong CEO Survey link by April 19:

Thank you for taking the time to complete this important survey.
