OfficeSpace is a desk booking/workplace management software that LifeLong will begin using at Admin 6th St. and Admin 7th St. on October 17th, and at Adeline St. in November.
Once the platform goes live, staff who work in-person less than four days per week will be required to reserve their workstations on OfficeSpace. The goal of implementing the OfficeSpace platform is to make the most efficient use of space at these sites.
For staff at these locations, our Facilities Dept. will be hosting an overview of the new OfficeSpace platform on Monday October 10 at 12pm AND Friday October 14 at 12pm (Zoom Link for both sessions: https://lifelongmedical.zoom.us/j/96821700461). If you can’t attend, the Zoom session will be recorded and shared.
