March DEIB Concept is – Listening & Power Dynamics
Held on March 29th 2024, 12:00-1:00 pm PST. If you have the time available, please join us for a short 1hr workshop about listening. Here is the Zoom registration link.
In this session, we’ll cover the value of listening (active, deep listening) especially when power dynamics are involved. This is the perfect session for anyone who communicates with clients, patients, staff across roles and reporting lines. This session is especially for anyone who has to consider power dynamics when communicating. If you are feeling unheard, this session is for you. If you have ever received feedback (from clients, patients, staff etc…) that you aren’t really listening, this session is for you as well.
