Mindfulness has many benefits including, but not limited to, improving cognitive function, decreasing stress and depression, and lowering blood pressure. Mindfulness allows for increased non-judgmental awareness of the present moment which is linked to increased awareness of implicit bias.
The 3rd Wednesday of the month will focus specifically on Mindful Meditation.
All interested employees can join each Wednesday from 12:30-12:45 for 15 Minutes of Mindfulness using the Zoom link below.
We will also share resources when applicable/available.
