Immediate Care for Your Urgent Health Needs

LifeLong Immediate/Urgent Care is your alternative to the Emergency Room for illnesses and injuries that require immediate medical attention (usually within 24 hours), but are not life-threatening or serious enough to require emergency room care or even hospitalization. We are committed to providing prompt, professional, and cost effective medical care to adult and pediatric patients. No appointments or referrals are needed.

When to go to Immediate/Urgent Care

Our team of experienced clinicians are ready to treat all types of non-life threatening medical conditions, including:

  • Accidents and falls
  • Sprains and strains
  • Back injuries
  • Mild Breathing difficulties (i.e., asthma)
  • Eye redness or irritation
  • Fever or flu symptoms
  • Vomiting or diarrhea

  • Broken bones
  • Skin infections or rash
  • Urinary tract infections
  • X-ray services available (not available at Berkeley or Pinole)

  • PPD placement or reading

We are happy to refer you back to your Primary Care Physician (PCP) for follow up care or connect you with a PCP if you do not currently have a provider.
