Shoutout to LifeLong Medical Care’s Mammo-van event hosted in Pinole on September 15th. The mobile mammography van, in partnership with Sutter Health, helps women access lifesaving breast cancer screenings. We saw a 71% attendance rate, and 15 patients successfully completed their mammograms. The next Mammo-van event will be at the East Oakland site on October 20, 2023. To date there have been five Mammo-van events at LifeLong clinics since April 2023.
