LifeLong’s new service desk ticketing system, powered by Freshservice, is now live. Tickets in the previous system, Solarwinds, remain active and will be addressed through Friday, 6/19. Tickets that are not closed will be transferred to Freshservice on Saturday, 6/20. Office Hours for live, hands-on help will be provided the dates and times below.
