LifeLong’s New Service Desk Ticketing System, Now Live

LifeLong’s new service desk ticketing system, powered by Freshservice, is now live. Tickets in the previous system, Solarwinds, remain active and will be addressed through Friday, 6/19.  Tickets that are not closed will be transferred to Freshservice on Saturday, 6/20.  Office Hours for live, hands-on help will be provided the dates and times below. Monday May 15 12-2pm

Tuesday May 16  8-9am

Wednesday May 17 12-1pm
