Emeryville Health Center, one of LifeLong’s school-based health centers, was awarded Community Advocate for the City of Emeryville during the 2nd annual Assembly District Awards Celebration on October 27, 2023. Oakland Mayor Sheng Tao and Emeryville Mayor John Bauters were in attendance as well as Assemblymember Mia Bonta. Center Supervisor Liz Jacob (holding the Assembly resolution in the previous photo) and Associate Medical Director Kristine Carter represented LifeLong. The beautifully framed resolution recognizing Emeryville Health Center will be placed in the waiting room for staff and the community to view. Congratulations to all the staff in Emeryville!
