Mission

Patient Voice Collaborative (PVC) is a diverse group of LifeLong Medical Care patients, providers, and staff who meet monthly to discuss ways LifeLong Medical Care can improve the efficiency, quality, and accessibility of care for all patients.

Patient members are asked to voice opinions, share insights and suggestions, and talk about their patient experiences. In partnership with patients, LifeLong staff strives to offer the best patient-centered system of care.

Why Volunteer?

If you are someone who wants to:

  • Share your thoughts and tell us about your experiences
  • Help us make LifeLong better by giving feedback
  • Care about making services better for LifeLong patients, including yourself

Then the PVC is looking for members like you!

Is becoming a member of Patient Voice Collaborative right for you? It is if you:

  • Can attend a 1.5 hour meeting once a month for at least 12 months
  • Work well with others in a group setting

Did you know?

Did you know the Patient Voice Collaborative isn’t the only way patients influence LifeLong? By law, 51% of the Board of Directors of federally qualified health centers (FQHC) like LifeLong must be patients. Learn more about our Board.
