Our School-Based Health Centers provide age-appropriate comprehensive medical, health education, and youth development services to youth during and after-school hours. Our services are aimed at helping students come to school ready to learn and exceed at school. Centers are open to all students, regardless of income or healthcare coverage.
The Rosa Parks Collaborative, located at Rosa Parks Elementary School, provides educational, health and social service resources. We are building a "school that is more than a school" so that all kids are able to come to school ready to learn. Our programs include a comprehensive Before & After-school Program (Kid's Village) and a Family Resource Center.
