Through our Howard Daniel Health Center and Supportive Housing Program, Dionne found recovery, stability, and purpose. Today, she serves as a street outreach case manager at LifeLong, using what she calls "my lived experience as a superpower" to connect with and transform the lives of others facing homelessness.
