Our Street Medicine Teams, covering Berkeley, Emeryville, Albany, Downtown and West Oakland, provide acute and chronic disease care, behavioral healthcare, dentistry, case management, medication management, housing assessment, and substance use disorder services. Services are accessed by encountering one of our many Street Medicine Teams who have regular scheduled visits to encampments and other sites where unhoused folks are living.
