The Trust Health Center in Oakland and one in Berkeley provide primary care, HIV+ care, podiatry, behavioral health care, case management, and recovery support services.
Those 18 or older who are experiencing street homelessness or who are housing insecure are eligible for Trust programs. The Trust Health Center at 386 14th St., Oakland makes available drop-in for a new patient appointment on a first-come, first-served basis Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 1:00 pm.
